The Karnataka High Court on Friday refused to stay ban order imposed against entry of Praveen Togadia, international working president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, into Bengaluru city.

In his brief order, Justice S Abdul Nazeer said that prima facie the Court does not find any illegality in the ban order issued by Bengaluru city police commissioner.

Mr. Togadia was expected to participate at Virat Hindu Mahotsava to be held in the city on February 8.
