Samaj Parivartan Samudaya has said that it will move the High Court of Karnataka as an impleading party in a Public Interest Litigation petition filed by Venkatesh Dasara seeking a direction to quash proceedings of a public consultation meeting on declaring Kappatagudda hill ranges in Gadag district as reserved conserve forest. Samudaya founder president S.R. Hiremath said here on Sunday that the samudaya, the Jan Sangram Parishat and the National Committee for Protection of Natural Resources have prepared the impleading application. A stay has been granted in the petition against proceedings of the public hearing.
