Five more Bangladeshis arrested

A day after the arrest of seven persons of Bangladesh origin on charges of staying without proper documents in the city, the Belagavi police on Sunday arrested five more persons. The arrested have been identifies as Habib- Ur-Sheikh, Rakib- Ul- Sheikh, Ikram Abul Kayar, Mohammad Mulla and Ibrahim Yakub Yusuf. They were working in meat shops, the police said.

On Saturday, the city Police were tipped off when Mohammad Bepari, a Bangladesh citizen, was caught travelling without proper documents in Pune a few days ago. Police sources said a travel agent in the city had created some fake documents for them, including Aadhar cards.
