1999 Bangalore Agenda Task Force (BATF) formed. Came up with traffic plans, sponsorship of parks, public toilet design. Wound up in 2004.

2008 Agenda for Bengaluru Infrastructure Development (ABIDe) Task Force. Released Plan Bangalore 2020 in 2009 as well as introduced a ‘Public Works Coordination Agreement (PWCA).

Quiet burial in 2010.

2013 District in-charge minister Ramalinga Reddy promises to set up a coordination committee after death of an actor in a long-delayed drainage project.

February 2014 BBMP’s budget proposes coordination committee.

March 2014 Vision Group formed to look into “coordination and execution of urban services by various civic agencies” and suggest roadmaps for implementation of projects
