With the Common Entrance Test document verification process ending on Sunday, 72,300 students are now eligible for seat allotment. According to a Karnataka Examination Authority official, the final allotment process may begin by the month-end.

On Sunday, student with the rank number 95,001 to the one with the last rank in all disciplines were allowed to verify original documents. On the last day, 364 candidates got their documents verified.

After the successful verification of documents at 13 helpline centres, candidates were provided verification slips along with a keyword that will allow them entry to the online allotment portal.

To familiarise students with the online counselling process introduced last year, a 33-minute video film was screened.
