JPC term extended till end of winter session

The Lok Sabha on Wednesday approved a resolution to extend the term of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the 2G spectrum allocation till the end of the winter session of Parliament. Originally, the 30-member JPC’s term was till the last day of the current monsoon session. This is the sixth time the term is being extended.
