Brutally gang-raped by four persons in a moving bus in south Delhi on Sunday night, a 23-year-old woman is now battling for life at the Safdarjung Hospital here. The girl’s male friend was also assaulted, stripped and then thrown off the bus along with her near the Mahipalpur flyover in south-west Delhi.
While the police have rounded up six persons on suspicion of their involvement, they have impounded a bus from Noida suspecting it to be the one in which the crime was committed.
The girl and her friend took an autorickshaw to a bus shelter in Munirka on Outer Ring Road after visiting a mall in Saket. There they boarded a “contract-carriage” luxury bus going toward Palam at around 9.30 p.m.
The bus, which the police said had tinted glasses, had only four other passengers besides the couple. The police believe that the other passengers were acquainted with the bus driver and the cleaner.
“ When some of the passengers passed nasty remarks at the girl, an argument ensued between them and her friend, who was beaten up with iron rods by the four men,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police (South Delhi) Chhaya Sharma.
The group then pounced on the girl, dragged her into the driver’s cabin where they forced themselves on her. They also robbed the two victims of their belongings before throwing them off the bus on National Highway-8 near the Mahipalpur flyover around 10.15 p.m., almost six km from where the couple had boarded the bus.
Shocked and numbed, the victims were barely able to raise an alarm when they were spotted by a security guard deployed at a nearby construction site, who immediately called up the police suspecting that something was amiss as they two had sustained injuries and were bleeding.
The police reached the spot and rushed the injured victims to Safdarjung Hospital where the girl is currently on ventilator support, the police said. According to sources in the hospital, the girl, who mainly received injuries on her face and stomach, was bleeding profusely when she was brought in for treatment.
The police have collected CCTV footage of a white coloured bus which they suspect is the one inside which the crime was committed. Ms. Sharma has appealed to the public seeking information leading to the identification and whereabouts of the vehicle shown in the footage that has been released.
While efforts are being made to locate the vehicle, Ms. Sharma said, such buses are usually rented out to private offices or schools who run them as chartered buses for their employees or students. “We have zeroed in on 60 such buses so far and impounded some for further investigations,” she said.
According to the police investigations so far have pointed out that it being a Sunday, there is a possibility that the bus was not on duty and the driver, the cleaner and other staff were carrying passengers in an unauthorised manner to earn some extra bucks.
A case of abduction and gang rape against unidentified offenders has been registered and it was learnt that some suspects were being quizzed.
Keywords: gang rape, moving bus, raping incident

I'm speechless and the fact that this girl now fighting for her life is not an isolated case and (chances are) won't be the last makes the already horrible situation even worse. Unless all women get VIP protection...
There are many here who write that hanging rapists will deter rape. They forget
that the death penalty - which exists for murder - has done nothing to prevent
murders.
A more worrying thing is that extending the death penalty, given the sordid state of police forensic skills, the endemic corruption in the police and the judiciary is a recipe for disaster. Especially so for the middle classes here who clamour for the death penalty. They may neither have the kind of political protection that Jessica Lal's murderer had nor the financial clout that rich rapists have to escape the clutches of the law. An article in The Hindu of 30th Nov revealed that most people in jail for rapes were poorer criminals, not the rich and powerful. Trusting such a defective police and judiciary with the death penalty is bound to backfire. Punishments dont prevent rape. More important is the cultural system -
particularly in north India- that produces such misogynistic men and changing it
for the better.
It's not only Government fault. It's also people's fault. where is our
social responsibility of citizens?

Raising Punishment up to life sentence won't work to stop rapes as it is among later solutions. A rapist doesn't think before raping a female that I will go jail for only 10 years and not going to be hanged. And neither it's about wearing traditional "SOCIAL" cloths as a heavy part of these crimes takes place in villages also.
Police also cannot prohibit rapes but only can save and convert the number of rapes from 100 to 30-40 at it's merit. Even countries with world's most strict Law and active Police forces suffer this crime more then us, as USA commits almost 4 times more rapes then us and Australia, UK, France, Germany and Russia also have higher rates of rapes then us. But still our Police have to be more active and and Law have to be more strict which is secondary issue for us.
Our first and primary objective should be our social responsibility about women and that is looking at them with Respect as a Mother, Sister not as an OBJECT and source of Fun, give them Respect, Honor,
The only way to do away from all such crimes in the future is to hang all involved. If you don't do it then see more and more such heinous crimes in times to come.Take care
Rapists when do rape, do not only attack someone's body but their soul
n mind too. The impact is greater than any physical harm. It's easy to
call Delhi "A Rape Capital", which brings shame to the capital city
but if you look at the stats, this horrifying crime has been committed
by the inhuman criminals who are based of Haryana, Gurgaon, Noida NCR
regions, they are mostly from UP state, where the crime rate is too
high. They belong to lower income class people. These criminals have
no fear of the law and they are carrying out these dangerous and
inhuman crimes in the metro cities as well. The only solution to these
kind of crimes is a very heavy punishment without bail, equaling to
life imprisonment atleast or death penalty if the victim's been
traumatized accordingly! Indian Govt. should have a separate fast
track courts for Rape cases as it is the darkest side of human race.
May we live in a peaceful place where our sisters can walk by safely
anytime!
I am very disappointed for that girl who was being raped but it is not the first time or the first case of rape.We should and we have to take a strict action against such persons and we have to respect girls and their feelings not giving them idiotic lectures like cover the face, do not wear jeans or girls should not have mobile phones, if there are rules for girls then there should be some rules against boys who make comment on girls.
We have to do something against such persons so that no other rape case should be there in future and we have to eliminate such persons who rape girls from our society.
Its horrible and shameful too. All the words may fall short to criticize the crime. Beating someone so brutally... these persons must be beaten to death in public with live telecast on all the television.
What are we talking here? My son was robbed off his mobile phone in Noida by five persons wielding a knife at him. When he went to the police station to complain, he was asked not to write that it was stolen at knife point. He was asked to write that he lost the phone.
What do you say for this? Is police truly our friend?
President Obama can find time to see the parents of the victims of massacre in Sandy school in Newtown. But In India Neither the President nor the Prime Minister has time to visit the girl fighting for her life in a a Delhi hospital. She was gang raped in a moving bus in Delhi and grievously hurt the previous day.
We as a nation failed utterly in protect our own women from our own men. Please close asap Tourism departments and convey the whole world that Delhi, capital of India is a RAPE capital of India and please do not visit Delhi. The statics shows in Eenadu paper that even many women including foreign nationals(women) were raped in same manner. The administration will never wake up unless such incident happen to their kith and kin.
Its a shame. And we all ourselves a developing nation, JUST GREAT. The Govt should impose Martial Law in the Capital and other regions where rapes like these happen. The culprits should be tried in fast track courts. And most importantly, Death penalty should be awarded to all rapists in India. I vote for death penalty to rapists. The courts need petitions. And what are we teaching our children.
This shows to world that India is no longer Gandhian and the Law and order situation is in shambles under the current UPA regime.
It saddens me to see that our country is turning into a haven for
rapists. How can we call our country 'developed,' when women are denied
the basic liberty of living without fear. The horror and outright
grotesque nature of this incident is indescribable. If they find the
culprits, this is what I have to say: a few years in jail won't
compensate for a lifetime worth of destroyed hopes and dreams.
These criminals must be brought to book; they dont deserve any mercy. When they commit such heinous crimes, they lose the right to live in a civilised society. Punishment must be commensurate with the offence committed.
It is shameful. It is barbaric. It is inhuman. The administration
concerned should not delay the proceedings in such cases. Speedier
actions in resolving the case should be taken on war footing basis and
the guilty should be booked without further loss of time. Visual media,
play an active role in protecting the modesty of women ; stop
telecasting sensual visuals ; show your might in eradicating such crimes
from the root.
Law & Order has to be severely enforced. Punishments should fit the crime. Corrupted & under performing politicians should be removed. Movie makers should make socially responsible movies and not the movies that provoke kids with sexual content. If kids are watching TV all the time that has sexually arousing content & violence, that is what will go in their young minds. Every individual has social responsibility.
Its scary to learn about this... Travelling alone is going to be a
night mare even in the day time.
It is shame on part of men to behave like animals. Animals at least are better than these men who have perpetrated this henious crime. They should be punished very strictly as per law and it should be published heavily so that no one dare to do this stuff like this
It's really sad to know such things are happening every now and then.
It's high time that each one of us take responsibility and be watchful while we travel. Attitude should change.Instead of my house my family, we should start caring and take responsibility of every single people we see facing such kind of challenges. We need to take action instead of blaming the government. Waiting for some one to do something after the incident has occured makes no sense. These culprits deserve a very harsh punishment and it should be really quick. We should not forget this incident, we should be watchful and be brave enough to fight against such negative elements. One person may not be able to stop such crime....we all need to unite and fight. If we close our eyes and Say "CHALTA HAI", same incident might hit our family members.
Why there is strict action against such crime.
Its really a shame for all of us.
Whether its government, media or a common man.
No one really seems serious to take harsh decision and to stop them
There should be a provision to hang these devils.
Shoot such rapist between their legs and then shoot them in head and
do this in full public view. Then such kind of people may have some fear to do such disgusting crime.
I know this is a Taliban way of dealing things. But these criminals have to be given some fear so that they could atleast think 100 times
before doing such crime. And Gandhi way will not give them fear
it is very shameful for us dt we are doing nothing good for the girls of
our country..but what we are doing is telling them that they should not wear
jeans, they should not carry mobile phones etc, they should cover their
faces..i am not gettng this why we donot tell boys not to rape girls,
not to disrespect them...the only thing whch cud bring change is to make
death penality necessary for the sexual crimes..
national Shame!
Delhi truly fits to be called the "Rape Capital"!
remembering the words of the father of nation "India is independent only when a woman is allowed to walk freely and alone in night"
wake up call for Shiela Dixit and Delhi Police !
We cant blame the politicians who are very busy in looting up the whole country by cheating people, selling the nation in the name of FDI, and held up in shaping up their future genetic politics. Where is the voice of human rights activists here, when such brutal acts are committed against people? Can they either bring justice to the family of victim or recommend deserved punishment to the guilty?.
This is appalling and shameful for the entire nation! Punishing culprits is a part of giving justice to the victim/s. But its key to understand why these crimes happen and keep happening. Unfortunately for our government (ruling/opposition) taking necessary steps doesn't come as a part of the system with compassion. But because of the media attention and they are left without any choice. The crucial bit of changing the system is always forgotten as the judiciary system takes so long to do first bit, by which time there is another 'SHOCKING NEWS'
Necessary steps:
1. Independent body should produce a report on this case along with study of previous cases producing statistics (uninfluenced by politics) + give suggestions to the amendment of the law/ implementation
2. It should pin point the core issues in the society to remove this mentality of the society
3. Taking stricter action against corruption so that cases not swept under the carpet
4. Equality in society
First thing that occured to me is "HOW DARE THEY?!!"
You can preach ahimsa to people who have moral.
These men are not to be compared with animals as animals are brutal for struggle for existance and never sadistic.
These men are worse than terrorist, as atleast terrorist have an agenda. How come there is no fear in them? Did they believe they can get away? As even Capital Punishment can lead to Mercy Petetion and Mr.Precident takes his own cool time to answer. Until then we feed this rot of society.
Truly as Gandhiji said, the day when women can walk alone at midnight without fear that's when we have freedom.
Until then we are slaves of our own sins.
God bless Bharath.
It is very bad incident the top leaders should think about the safety of the people.
The government need to strengthen the laws dealing with rapists. The punishment should be severe. Policemen need to be given more freedom. I don't think there is any other solution to it.
This is a very disturbing and disgusting news. Occuring on all major newspapers regularly.
I am visiting my home town Gurgaon next month with family from London but family refusing to travel up north.
These kind of incidences put a very risky picture in mind and am thinkig should I or should I not?
More worried about my family.
Is there any stop to this? Or even severely punishing the culprits?
Embarrasing!
Now let 'The Hindu' review its opinion and principle on abolishing Capital Punishment.
Pressure on Government?! Do not be ridiculous! The girl was not attacked by Government, but by her fellow citizens. How come attacks and sexual harassement are acceptable to some extent ("eve teasing")? Do not be mistaken that the death sentence for such crimes would be a deterrent. The society, the culture, the general public atmosphere is created by every single individual. Put pressure on the individuals around you. Unfortunatelly, improving the accepted ways of behaviour is a very, very tall order.
People doing this type of crime must be taken off the society. Such crime in our society should be treated same as intruder entering in our country and should be dealt accordingly.
Delhi and Haryana is becoming the rape capitals of the world. In the
next generation ppl in this area will start saying their one of the
hobbies as 'rape' and the central govt will declare this heinous and
cruel act of humanity as the national sport.Who ever is indulging in
this heinous crime,I request them to rape a VVIP or a political
figure,so that this lethargic govt start acting seriously and start
taking steps which would create a sense of fear even to spell the word
rape.
Is India really an independent country ?
I think its a big question considering these kind of incidents happening in a country .
We never see the root cause- the root causes are:
1. Teenagers are not allowed to freely mix. Teenage dating may help.
2. People derive their morals from religion and not from within.
3. Religions treat women with lack of respect-that influences whole society.
4. Schools do not discuss matters related to society but teach rote learning.
5. Mixed schools.
6. Monitoring of Porn.[in repressed societies people watch more porn]
7.More co-ed schools
8.We need to have very stringent punishments for crimes against women
9.Severe punishments for those who commit crimes against women
Media is always waiting for such incidents .. their mouth must have watered to know about this. But they will sell it, not solve it.
Media's responsibility is create pressure on Govt/Admin. Just a death sentence in public will bring justice.
Justice should always be reflected. So hang them in public asap !
The culprits must be punished immediately. It was unfortunate that the CM of Delhi had not made any statement. All VVVIPS are in New Delhi and they have enough security. when it comes to common public there is a security lapse everywhere. It is pathetic on the part of government and also it is the sheer negligence of the government.
Few days ago, I was arguing against Capital Punishment. Ironically,
right now, I find myself wishing for it. Shame on us, that we let these
people believe they can live among st us after committing such heinous
crime.
A per National Crime Bureau report, in 2011, about 25,000 women got
raped all over India.
In India, as per National Crime Bureau Report 2011, only 25% of the
rapists got convicted. 75% of the rapists were set free.
Media raises hue and cry only when rapes happen. Media doesn't
highlight overall statistics. No wonder things never change. Only in
medieval societies, 75% of the rapists are set free.
Delhi is notorious and safe heaven for criminals. Political pressure on Police making them as protectors of criminals.
Capital be moved to somewhere else, preferably to South India.
God save these girls in haryana and delhi.
all cry over this issue till we see next sensational news and justice will never be done, we cant expect better place to live having goons ruling us. these things will happen till we get courage to send goons out of parliament.
Delhi reasserts itself as the crime city of India. My dear sisters, please, for God's sake, don't go out alone for there will be such obnoxious beasties on the prowl ! We are not satisfied with anything less than the Capital punishment for such devil-incarnates, as it could be the most deterrent one presently available in the books of law.
For this case identify the perpetrators. And let them be tortured to
death in full public view for this crime. This is the only way we can
reduce the occurrence of this barbaric crime. Amen.
I fully agree with some commenters that they should be hanged. Of late
I am seeing many articles and opinions that death punishment is bad and
should be abandoned. Incidents like these prove its necessity.
Ms Sheela Dixit should do something immediately to instil confidence in
woman folk of the city.
Where is India heading? If the Police is not able/willing to bring the
real culprits to book, then is it up to the public to help themselves. I
have only seen in the movies where the kins and kiths of the powerful
politicians and businessmen engage in such activities and now it is in
reality... I'm not a champion of feminist ideals but it is a shame,
nevertheless... It is also a shame on the man, to have let his friend be
raped...
Appalling to see the sad state of affairs in the country. This barbaric and inhuman act should shame our collective conscience. How can we say that we as a nation are progressing when we can't guarantee safety to our women? This act reflects a deeper malaise in our society, where women are still viewed as objects of desire, where our parenting doesn't sensitize kids for respecting women, where people dare to commit crime with impunity.
While I wouldn't blame this particular incident on the law enforcement machinery as it is practically impossible to station a cop everywhere, it is hoped that a swift action by them can bring some sort of justice to the poor victim by ensuring that the perpetrators of this inhuman crime get the highest possible punishment in a timely and quick manner.
Its a shame. We talk of Naxals, terrorists and extremists, does government have any plans for such brutal acts. When will a girl in India be able to live freely, when will strong laws and fastrack court come into picture, WHEN WILL MY MOTHER AND SISTER GET IMPORTANCE AND RESPECT ?
Hang these culprits ... Just hang them, no questions asked, no proceedings
for such animals, public hanging. And thank you madam dikshit, for all
this safety, you should be really awarded!!!
Nonetheless, this is shameful as a news from Delhi, stay corrected,
New Delhi, However, the real problem persists somewhere else. There
are two corrective mechanism possible in my opinion. 1.) This is the
one which everyone recognizes as effective policing, punishing delinquent law breakers. This is intended to enthuse fear of law in
evildoers. It does not seem working anymore in Delhi where there are millions of small and big power pockets. In Delhi, everybody is
somebody and no body is nobody.Famously quoted in the movie 'No one
killed Jessica'. And the 2) To strive towards building a more liberal
and valued society, educate ourselves about human sufferings of
victims and sinners both. NCW and all such bodies are fooling in
hindsight of the problem. There is ever increasing inequality in
perception of women and society irrespective of being weathy, and who
has responsibility to reach out? The have's will have to extend this
favor to haven'ts. We need to educate them better policing.
How about the death sentence?
Will get things really better really soon.
Slowly, but surely, people from outside the NCR will start avoiding
Delhi due to reasons like this. And there will come a time when the
national capital will be hit hard by these incidents. I think by then,
the lonesome, pathetic rapists of Delhi would be starved and bored to
death to think about raping again. How shameful...!
The steep decline in law and order and the frequency and impunity with
which such crimes are being committed is appalling, disheartening and
renders ridiculous our claim to any attributes of being a civilized
society. Disparity in life-styles and the denial of natural aspirations
for reasonable living conditions of the under-served on the one side
and cornering of almost all opportunities by the privileged few is
probably the root cause of this affliction. Another contributor is the
subversion of official machinery by politicians and the financially
powerful in pressurizing the guardians of law from following due
process. India needs a new leadership who can shed the shackles of
politics of mutual accommodation of corruption. Perhaps in AAP we can
dare to hope.
Nothing is gonna change, due to this headlines.. This just increases the sadness of the girl's family.. I request those people who decided the headlines to mind about this and all the people who comments here to support this issue (to remove this from headlines and not to post anymore headlines like this).. Just a request...
Delhi politicians have utterly failed to maintain law and order as top priority. They must get out of their cars and take bus and metro rides to see what is happening to their citizens. Or they must quit. No excuses for this kind of horrific crimes anywhere in the world.
Very unfortunate. But what more we can expect when neither police nor the
government is concerned about such things? where is the rule and law of this
country? This is not the first time in Delhi. I am ashamed to be called an Indian and I
do not what the chief minister, who I believe is a lady, is doing to tackle such
incidents. Shame on you Madam Sheila Dishkit. When not practiced, what is the need
for a law and its enforcement. Think politicians, policemen and parents of these
'Goondas'. It could happen to your daughters, wives one day. A country which even
cannot ensure the safety of its own citizens! Shame!!!
The root of the problem is that Indian politicians across the party
spectrum have a high tolerance for such demeaning behavior towards
women. Indian men do lack any kind of dignity where their manhood is
concerned. It's a case of perverts understanding and patronizing
perverts. In Haryana, it is blatant but I believe the underlying
situation is the same throughout the country. And amazing part is the
so-called upholders of the Indian culture who go on rampage on the V
day and prescribe dress codes, are never seen venting their anger
against the perpetrators of such crimes. Understandably, they
understand.
Yes, it is highly sad but unfortunately will continue, until we are
ready to stop it. It is true that police can react only after incident,
we have so many example when police was very close and even it happened.
Only we (victim and people around him/her) can stop this. Reaction from
people at that time will decide the way incident go. My belives is if we
want we can change, do not look on others (police) to do something for
you do your self, things will change.
This type incidents has become routine -- nobody seems to care. We need
laws to protect and encourage use of lethal force against attackers to
discourage attackers. Mob deterrence Act now.
Extremely shameful and shocking!Rampant incidences like these portrays
the state of security and the attitude towards women in the country.A
multi-prong approach should be taken to curb these social menaces. They
may include time-bound judgement by courts to be established for
solely looking into women harassment issues, apart from regular
punitive actions ,social boycott and disenfranchising the convict and
depriving him of government welfare schemes and other
benefits, establishing lady police stations at block/taluk level
staffed by female police personnel only, dedicated round-the-clock
helplines for fast follow-up of women abuse incidents,
professionalizing the police for quick response and action ,going by
the recent Supreme Court directive of deploying female police officers
in plain cloth at public places, etc.Humane and proper upbringing of
children and instilling respect for women in youth may help to curb
these beastly incidences from its root.
The day is not very far when people in India either stop bringing Girl
child to life or they will stop sending their girl child to schools or
anywhere out of the their home.
And Delhi will be first place at the top of shameless list of cities
where such kind of incidents are happening.
Appeal to Delhi Police-Kuch Kaam to Karo, or Netao ki chat-te hi rahoge.
Time and again, Delhi has proved that it is not safe place for women. It is even more disgraceful that such incidents are on the rise when a woman is at the helm of the territory. Majority of police force are deployed to provide security cover to VIPs rather than establishing rule of the law. On a side note, one ponders where India as a society is heading?
One can assume that travelling in a public conveyance like a Bus could be a lot more safer than hiring a private transport. Not anymore. The incident has again brought into light the plight of female commuters and how unsecure they are in the very capital of this great nation. And the worst part is the culprits never get arrested and even if they do, justice takes a long and slow walk to come by.
Just hope the culprits' souls will rot in hell; I have very little faith in this mortal world's law and order.
It s so sad to hear our capital city is unsafe for women. Because of the
corrupted political leaders and less punishment for such rapists are the
reasons for these incidents. We have to kill these people who dies such
cruel inhuman activities. It s so sad that political leaders will at last
protect these rapist.
It is disgraceful and highly shameful that such incidents keep happening in the capital and the culprits are going scot free with or without police and adminstrative support. Such culprits should think about their sisters and mothers, whether they would permit such crimes to be perpetrated on them. I urge both the Delhi and Union Governments to take stringent action against all the culprits and bring them to justice on fast track basis immediately. Otherwise, we have to reconcile that there is no safety for women in the capital and the governance is only ineffective.
Very sad to read about these incidents in Delhi. Government should take
stringent actions and punish bring all guilties to the before law.
Ms. Mamata Sharma : You dont need an enquiry. Go to the Office of the Police Commissioner of Delhi and see to it that he does something. IF there is no law and order on the streets., the India Inc. Story will go to dogs.
India is already a Dengue Capital. A country of communal riots / pogroms. Now if it becomes a Rape Country, why should an investor come into such dirty land of dirty perverts ?
Tell me. Policing., Maintaining Law and Order is the first duty of any Govt. If they need help, they can take the assistance of the Israeli Govt. and Intelligence Apparatus., and learn from them how to do policing.
Catch the culprits within 24 hours and bring them to justice. Or take justice to their door.
We have no patience for Inquiries and Commissions of Enquiry anymore. THIS is the reason why the Maoists have risen and taken up arms ! Why Anna / Kejriwal are finding acceptance among the Aam Aadmi of India.
Politicians and Bureaucrats want to sell India (given a chance).
It is unfortunate that New Delhi is the capital of India. A place filled with rude people, and the most unsafe place in India for women. A couple of years ago, coming from Bangalore and eroute to Himachal, I stopped by New Delhi for a day. I was so shocked by the rudeness belted out to tourists by autos, taxis, bus drivers, and Delhi people in general, that the next time I transited through ND, my family opted to stay in the airport for 4 hours rather than go out.
Most unfortunate event. I am ashamed to say now that I live in New
Delhi. Such incidents are occurring in capital of India, imagine what
could be the situation in small towns and cities. Criminal who
perpetrate such crimes should be hunted and put behind the bars for
entire life. Water has now flown over the head, society must act immediately or else New Delhi as well as other cities in India would
become filthy place to live in. I feel really ashamed of being a
resident of Delhi.
Not only in Delhi, fearing to be out with family beyond 9.00 PM in all places in the country. Day by day security is becoming too less in INDIA. Some times when I come to know about the news like this, feel like running away from INDIA to Western Countries.
This is very bad news. This is shame on our security system shows Girls
as well as boys are not safe in this country.Even though girl is raped
still Police havn't registered complaint against the rapists. Also this
case shows girls have no freedom.I think Govt. must laid down the rules
against such people to avoid such cases.
what the hell is going on in our country. girls, women even no body is
safe in this country. government is just useless body of our country.
strict action must be taken against all the accused and they must be
given death sentence and they can be raped that would be the lesson for
all men like them. Jaago India Jaago.Save Girls !!!!!!
Because tomorrow there could be your sister, mom & any body from your
family.. so before regretting start taking actions....
Nothing short of barbaric this. I hope the Chief Minister of Delhi takes
cognizance of this and orders a thorough investigation, ensuring a quick
arrest of the perpetrators. After all, she too is a woman.
The criminals shall be caught and the punishment shall be severe so that
the would be criminals will be discouraged to do such acts.
Capital punishment is the only way to check these type of crimes.
government has set up so many steps but still women faced such problems.
even though police patrol and mobile team are everywhere but they
can't...... damn disgusting those accused who are involved in that
incident. sorry for the victim.
So sad to know the status of women and way they are treated. Strict
Criminal action against the accused can be the only message that will
improve the conditions! I hope the victim doesn't get disturbed by
media and thereby Media taking a responsible stand..
Peace!
It is precicely because the "national leaders" are there, these kind of things happen regularly. They are there to protect criminals and do crimes anyway.
Shame on Delhi.. Cant blame politicians as they are already corrupted.
Blame the public who never protests these kinds of things and demand for
more security for their own girls.
Government should take hard decision on that type of crime and then
should be hanged till death...!
so sad to see in a place where our national rulers live women are not secure how can rest of the nation wemen can be secured, govt keeps on sucumbing to the rich-famous and influential that is why let the police /cbi be independent. we dont know in future the same police and CBI will put the death nail in the criminals and politicians coffins
