Vice-Chancellor of Acharya Nagarjuna University, K. Viyanna Rao on Friday released the draft of “Perspective Plan for the Development of Andhra Pradesh (New State)”. The draft would be presented to Chief Minister-designate N. Chandrababu Naidu after he assumes office on June 8. The draft is a compilation of 32 articles on various facets of development in education, health, industry, agriculture, science and technology and in IT apart from revenue generation capability of the new State.
