Rajampet mandal president Akepati Ranga Reddy distributed school uniforms to 87 students of the mandal parishad primary school at Rajampet on Thursday and advised them to study well and emerge as bright citizens.
While promising to introduce English medium in the schools, Mr. Ranga Reddy said the government was giving a fillip to education and educating students in the schools free of charge. He promised steps to provide additional classrooms according to need.
Rajampet mandal education officer Krishna Kumar, Utukur MPTC member Srinivasa Raju and others participated.
