‘TDP, YSRCP should take the lead’

Cong. ready to join the fight against Centre: Pallam

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) which is at the helm in the State and the principal Opposition party, the YSR Congress Party, should move the no-confidence motion against the Narendra Modi government and the Congress is ready to extend full support, former Union Minister M.M. Pallam Raju has said.

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Mr. Pallam Raju said the Congress would move the no-confidence motion only when “there was no other option.” No purpose would be served if the Congress, which had no representation from Andhra Pradesh, moved the motion without the two parties extending support.
