Seshachalam encounter

HC adjourns hearing

April 21, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:48 am IST - HYDERABAD:

A Division Bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday declared that the case pertaining to killing of woodcutters belonging to Tamil Nadu in Seshachalam hills would be taken up for hearing on Wednesday as the report of the second autopsy of six bodies was not yet received.

It may be recalled that the Bench had ordered the second post-mortem  at the request of the family members of the deceased.

On Monday, the Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh placed before the court the report of the first post-mortem.  The Bench said that at a cursory glance it appears that the first report is not complete and it is not known whether the complete report is being submitted to the court concerned.  The copy of first post-mortem report was directed to be put back in a sealed cover.
