Mekala Yanadi Reddy, 45 years, correspondent of a school, was found murdered on Tuesday afternoon at his residence in Kavali town.
The police said that Yanadi Reddy’s throat was cut and his body was found at his residential flat at Sai Veda Residency in the II town police station limits. The neighbours provided information to the police within a few hours of the murder.
The motive for the murder was not yet known and the police were questioning a salesman in a local cloth stores in this regard.
Yanadi Reddy was running the Gitanjali English Medium School located in the Cooperative Colony.
