Member of Parliament Madhu Goud Yaskhi accused TRS chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao of taking Telangana betrayers in his party by throwing caution to the wind.

Participating in the campaign on behalf of Congress candidates Khadar Ali and M. Swapna here on Thursday, he said Mr. Rao had reneged on his promise of making a Dalit the Chief Minister in Telangana.

Referring to some of the leaders who joined the TRS recently Mr. Goud questioned the TRS president as to how he invited them to join the party when they had seen the blood of Telangana youth in the course of the Telangana agitation. He sought to remind the TRS leaders that with a lone member in the Lok Sabha, Telangana did not come and it was Sonia Gandhi who ensured the delivery of the State.

Expressing hope that the Congress would romp home in all elections, he said development and stability would be possible only with his party.
