: Additional District and Sessions Judge Kalyana Rao here on Friday issued notices to Narsapuram MLA Bandaru Madhava Naidu, his brother Patel Naidu, West Godavari SP Bhaskar Bhushan, DSP G. Poornachandra Rao and two other police officials directing them to appear before the court on July1 to explain why reference should not be made to the High Court for their punishment under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The MLA and his brother are accused of behaving rudely towards advocates on August 15, 2014.
