Ali Khan, a resident of Allampudi village, was washed away in the flash flood in Ketamunneru stream in Anantasagaram mandal limits on Thursday evening. After a day-long search with expert swimmers, officials were stated to have traced the body. The incident happened when Ali was crossing the stream on a motorcycle, along with his son. Ali’s son was rescued by the local people. The currents in the stream were stated to be very strong when the incident occurred.
