Jagan promises all help to Nagaram blast victims

YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday assured the victims of the Nagaram pipeline explosion that their problems would be solved once the party comes to power in the 2019 elections.

On the 197th day of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra, Mr. Jagan visited Nagaram and interacted with the families that were affected by the GAIL pipeline explosion on June 27, 2014. After listening to them patiently, he found fault with the government for showing laxity in extending help to the affected people. He said all the affected would get compensation from the government and their met if the YSRCP was voted to power.

Earlier in the day, Mr. Jagan began his yatra at Mulikipalli and proceeded towards Kadali, Vegivaripalem and Geddada, before reaching Mogalikuduru for lunch break. In the evening, he toured Nagaram and stayed in the village for the night.

En route, he interacted with daily wagers, farmers and coconut workers.
