Girls outshine boys in ECET

Girls outsmarted boys in the results of the ECET released on Friday by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) Chairman P. Vijay Prakash at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur (JNTUA).

Of the seven exam centres, five registered over 90 per cent pass percentage. Of these, 95.08 per cent of girls who appeared for the exam, qualified as against 91 per cent results obtained in respect of boys. The exam was held in Anantapur, Guntur, Kakinada, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram.
