The Airport police led by Inspector Prabhakar Narapureddy on Tuesday evening arrested Igbokwe Chukwuebuka Gibson, a Nigerian national, and seized 30 kg dry ganja from him near NAD Junction here when Gibson was making all the arrangements to transport the hemp by road route.
The police said Gibson came to the city from Tiruppur of Tamil Nadu and procured the cannabis from a person at Maddilapalem area in Vizag city.
