Four persons including two children died on the spot when a lorry fully loaded with gas cylinders hit an autorickshaw near Bangarampeta of Vadapalli after Kovvuru mandal headquarters on Thursday.
Three more persons who were injured in the accident were shifted to Rajamahendravaram government hospital for further treatment. The four deceased belong to Nedunuru village in Inavilli mandal of East Godavari and they are going to Mary Matha Temple in Gouripatnam village near Kovvuru.
The details of the family members are awaited.
