APAT jurisdiction case adjourned by 2 weeks

A Division Bench of Hyderabad High Court comprising Chief Justice Kalyanjyothi Sen Gupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar said it would hear arguments in a petition filed challenging the jurisdiction of the AP Administrative Tribunal (APAT) over employees of the Telangana government next fortnight. The bench was dealing with a writ petition filed by B. Lakshman, Superintending Engineer and R. Sriramulu, another officer from the Roads & Building Department.
