A.P. Cabinet meeting begins in Vijayawada

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet meeting began at Chief Minister's camp office here on Saturday morning. Arrangements for Capital city foundation function scheduled for October 22 and Dasara festivities top the agenda.

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his Cabinet colleagues will take stock of other developments including the political fallout of hunger strike by Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy for special category status in Guntur.

The meeting is expected to come to a close at 4 p.m. and it will be followed by departmental reviews.
