TS govt. relieves 17 IAS officers

The Telangana government on Thursday relieved with immediate effect 17 IAS officers, including Hyderabad Collector Mukesh Kumar Meena, who were allotted to Andhra Pradesh.

Chairman and Managing Director of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited N. Sridhar was given additional charge as Collector.

Senior officers

According to orders issued by the government, senior officers who were relieved were: Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps Vijay Kumar, Secretary of Youth Services and Sports Lav Agarwal, Project Director of AIDS Control Society B. Kishore, Director of Employment and Training P. Venkata Rami Reddy and Project Director of Rajiv Vidya Mission J. Syamala Rao.

The others included Deputy Secretary of Agriculture and Cooperation P. Koteswara Rao, V. Vijaya Rama Raju and A. Mallikarjuna (both waiting for posting), Project Officer of ITDA at Utnoor J. Nivas, Officer on Special Duty at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi Kartikeya Misra, Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Sujatha Sharma, Chief Rationing Officer here M. Padma, Project Director of Outer Ring Road here I. Samuel Anand Kumar, Special Commissioner of GHMC P.S. Pradyumna, Special Commissioner of GHMC A. Babu and Director of eSeva B. Sreedhar, as per the orders.
