Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that he has “serious doubts” about the legitimacy of Ukraine’s new leadership.
“Strictly speaking, there is nobody with whom you can speak now. The legitimacy of a whole number of state organs raises serious doubts,” Medvedev was quoted as saying, according to the Interfax news agency.
He said it will be hard to work with a government of people “who roam Kiev with black masks and Kalashnikovs.”
