Ten people died and four were seriously injured when a plane crashed on Kamchatka Peninsula in far eastern Russia early Wednesday, officials said.
A 4-year-old girl was among the dead, the Interfax news agency reported, citing the ministry of civil defence.
The Antonov An-28 went down near the village of Palanka.
The propeller plane had 12 passengers and two crew on board. It took off from the regional capital of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
