Art: Mapping Stillness

August 05, 2016 12:00 am | Updated 05:49 am IST

This ongoing show features the work of three artists who explore stillness. Prathap Modi’s woodcut prints combine self-portraits and performance to express oneness at a metaphorical and imaginary level. Sujith S.N. uses watercolours to construct visual landscapes that depict the impact of a globalised world. Madhu Das’s series of mixed media drawings on paper is a reflection on our generation, one caught in an eternal struggle for power. The exhibition curated by Lajja Shah is on till August 31.
