The Panvel City police have arrested a disabled man who allegedly hypnotised and raped three women, promising to get them roles in television serials. The accused, Raju alias Prem Sonune runs an acting school with his wife. ACP Prakash Nilewad said the man’s wife and another woman have also been booked.
