Unite against communal fascism: Minister

April 13, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 07:41 am IST - Kozhikode:

The socialists, including the Congress and the leftists, should resist communal fascism in the country, Minister for Agriculture K.P. Mohanan has said.

Inaugurating the 37th State conference of the Kerala NGO Centre here on Saturday, the Minister said that the unified Janata Parivar was a first step towards forming a new political power led by the socialists against the anti-labourer, anti-public policies of the Union government.

Mr. Mohanan said that the National Democratic Alliance government had surpassed the United Progressive Alliance government in terms of corruption and anti-people policy.

The Union government was exploiting the common people keeping the Corporate companies as a shield, a press release here quoting the Minister said.
