Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will launch the district-level programmes of the Clean Campus Safe Campus project here on Thursday. Minister for Panchayats and Social Justice M.K. Muneer will preside over the function. A rally will be taken out in the city by students expressing solidarity to the anti-drug campaign, a press release said.
