Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, (IIM-K) will conduct a ‘One Day Thought Leadership Workshop’, a management development programme for councillors and senior officers of Kozhikode Corporation on January 6.
The programme will be held at the institute. The objective is to provide an opportunity to councillors and senior officials of Kozhikode Corporation to focus on the latest management techniques. The programmes will emphasise on a judicious balance of management theory and practice with special focus on developmental action plan of Kozhikode Corporation. Improving administrative skills of councillors and synchronising the main theme on ‘City Governance for a better Kozhikode’ are the other aims of the programme.
