Trinamool has let loose a reign of terror: BJP

Urging West Bengal Governor K. N. Tripathi to ensure law and order in the State, West Bengal BJP unit on Wednesday accused the ruling TMC regime of letting loose a reign of terror in Bengal.

“We met West Bengal governor today and have expressed our concerns regarding the deteriorating law and order situation in Bengal. He too has expressed concerns regarding it. We have requested him as the constitutional head of the State, to establish law and order in Bengal,” BJP state president Rahul Sinha said.

Mr. Sinha, who met the Governor along with party national secretary Siddharth Nath Singh and other leaders, in a letter to the Governor accused the State government of letting loose a reign of terror.

The state BJP unit also requested the Governor to ensure free and fair polls in the three municipal corporation elections in the State. - PTI
