Coffee lovers of Chennai are counting down to July 9 for global coffee chain Starbucks Coffee to start serving piping hot coffee at its first store in Phoenix Market City, Velachery.
The chain has already announced a number of contests through their website, warmuptostarbucks.in, for which coffee-drinkers were asked to submit a photo expressing their love for coffee with a message and the hashtag (#StarbucksChennai or #PassionForCoffee).
The top 20 winners will be invited for the launch next Wednesday. Starbucks entered the Indian market in October 2012.
