A van driver was killed and 22 others, including school children from Kerala, were injured, in a bus-van collision at Devadanam, near here, early on Saturday.
The driver, K. Sivakasankaran (30), was killed on the spot, police said. Another driver of the van, S. Sudhakar (31), who sustained injuries, had been admitted to the government hospital. The students were treated as out-patients.
