Residents can voice their grievances about water supply and sewage disposal services at the open house meetings that will be conducted at 15 Metrowater area offices between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
According to a press release issued here on Friday, such meetings are held during the second Saturday of every month.
They can clarify doubts regarding water, sewerage tax and other charges during the meetings, which are also being organised at offices in added areas.
Complaints regarding delay in providing water and sewer connections may also be submitted.
Residents will also be provided advice regarding maintenance of rainwater harvesting at these meetings. During such meetings conducted in July, 43 complaints were received regarding water supply and sewage disposal and 39 petitions have been rectified so far, said the press release.
