Leaders greet Rosaiah

Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Saturday greeted Governor K. Rosaiah over telephone on the occasion of his 82{+n}{+d}birthday, according to a press release issued by the Raj Bhavan. The Chief Minister sent flowers along with a letter greeting the Governor, it said.

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam president M. Karunanidhi too sent flowers and greetings to Mr. Rosaiah. The statement said Mr. Rosaiah received wishes from his counterparts in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala, in addition to wishes from politicians.

The Governor visited Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam temple in T. Nagar , the release added.

The Indian Red Cross Society and the Ungalukhaga Charitable Trust organised a blood donation camp in Raj Bhavan to mark the occasion.
