IIT-Madras to organise quiz competition

The Indian Institute of Technology-Madras will be conducting a national-level quiz competition ‘Shaastra Spark’, for students studying in classes VIII-XII on Saturday, July 9, 2016 in cities across the country. The Chennai regional round will be held at SBOA School and Junior college, Anna Nagar.

The quiz is held as part of the Institute’s annual tech fest ‘Shaastra’. It is a non-profit event and will be organised and conducted by the students of IIT-Madras. The quiz will be based on problem solving, math, science and technology, and aims to cultivate and appreciate the inclination to the technical side. The winners of the regional rounds will be invited to the onsite national finals at IIT-Madras. For details contact:studentrelations @shaastra.org
