A major fire broke out inside the famous Bombay General Stores near Duraiswamy subway in T Nagar on Friday morning. No one was injured in the incident

The fire was reported around 9.30 am and over six fire tenders rushed to the spot and firemen battled the blaze for over four hours. The cause of the fire and the loss suffered is yet to be ascertained.
