A number of suburban train services will be cancelled from 10.00 a.m. to 6.10 p.m. on Sunday to facilitate engineering works between Villivakkam and Ambattur in Chennai Central – Arakkonam section.

Southern Railways has also changed the pattern of train services from 09.00 a.m. to noon and 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. to facilitate engineering works between Kadambattur – Thiruvalangadu in Chennai Central – Arakkonam section for 15 days (except Sundays) from July 28 to August 13.
The following suburban trains will be run via third line between Kadambattur – Thiruvalangadu and will not stop at Senjipanambakkam.
