With garbage being dumped on the side of the road, the EMRIP Project is being delayed as NHAI is unable to remove the garbage at Inner Ring Road in the stretch from Madhavaram to Manali on Monday. Water bodies including the Manali Mathur eri and Chinna Sekkaadu eri are getting polluted as garbage and sewage from neighbouring areas are being dumped there.
