Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance will organise a two-day property Expo “Home Sweet Home” at Vijaya Mahal (Old Nagesh Theatre), PondyBazaar, T.Nagar. The Expo will begin on September 15. Nearly two dozen leading builders from across the city are expected to showcase over 100 projects.
“Spot sanctions, attractive interest rates, and free legal and technical counseling are highlights of the Expo,” says a release.
Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance is a joint venture between Sundaram Finance Ltd. and BNP Paribas. During the last financial year (April 2011-March 2012), home loan disbursements grew by 61 per cent to Rs. 1,948 crore. The company has one of the lowest NPAs (non-performing assets) in the industry with net NPA of 0.06 per cent. The company has a network of 89 branches across the country with a customer base of 35,000, and a loan book of Rs. 4,400 crore.
