The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on Tuesday has invited applications for the national award for the empowerment of persons with disabilities.
The award will be given across 14 categories. The deadline for applications is August 20. Applications should either be in Hindi or English.
Details are available atdisabilityaffairs.gov.inand at the office of the Commissionerate for the Welfare of the Differently-Abled in K.K. Nagar, Chennai.
Applications sent to the K.K. Nagar office should reach by July 31.
