Students and parents thronged The Hindu International Education Fair 2015 on Sunday. During the two-day education fair, several prestigious universities from across the world including the U.S., the U.K., Germany and Australia took part and presented before students a wide variety of options in both educational institutions and courses to choose from.
T. Poorani, who has just completed school, said the education fair stood out as she was able to get information about several foreign universities under one roof.
Moreover, the seminar conducted in the fair provided all the basic information regarding the visa process, local climatic conditions and other amenities, she added.
British Council, Amity International, Education USA, and German Academic Exchange Service were among the 53 educational institutions that took part in the 8th edition of the fair. British Council IELTS was the official exam partner, Radio One the radio partner, Thomas Cook official Forex and travel partner, while Silk Air/Singapore Airlines was airline partner.
