The Hindu Health, Fitness and Lifestyle Expo 2016 began at the Chennai Trade Centre, Nandampakkam, on Friday.
A range of health and fitness products and services are on offer at the exhibition and many of the visitors were curious and had a lot of questions for the experts manning the stalls.
Products and services related to health, medicine, fitness, exercise, gym, and fitness training are in store for the visitors.
The stalls with health insurance and general insurance products and other prioritised health care solutions and products were a big draw.
The fitness events and visitors made a beeline fitness equipment and organic foods.
