Police on Saturday arrested two persons in connection with murder of a youth in Ennore.
The victim, S. Saravanan (27), was a resident of Ellaiamman Koil street and was working in a shipping company. On Friday night, he heard someone call his name and came out of his house when a gang of six persons hacked him to death.
A special team arrested two suspects — Gopinath (23) and Elango (22). The police also seized a two-wheeler and are searching for four more suspects, including Dharmesh. The police said that Saravanan had attacked Dharmesh during a festival, following which the gang plotted his murder.
