Bangalore University, as part of the exam reforms process, will be using pre-printed and bar-coded examination application forms having candidate and subject details for the undergraduate examinations of II, IV, and VI semesters in May-June this year.

Colleges have been asked to collect the forms, printed in three different colours, from March 30 from the examination branch. College principals have to submit the filled forms to the university. In case there is a hitch in the supply of forms, principals can download them from the website, said a press release.

The details of the provisional list of affiliated colleges, courses offered in each college, and provisional list of course-wise candidates in each college, are available on;; and

The principals can contact Anthony Devaraj, Deputy Registrar (Evaluation), if there are any discrepancies in the details on the website or any changes.

The university has set up a help desk, Ph: 080-22214834, for interaction with the affiliated colleges on the application forms. It will operate between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all working days.

Besides, for the first time the university plans to obtain online the internal assessment marks from each college.

A training session for the computer operators of the colleges will be held on April 3 in this connection, the release added.
