Ugadi rush: KSRTC to run additional buses

In view of Ugadi festival, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has made arrangements to operate 700-750 additional buses to meet the rush on April 7 and 8.

According to a release, special buses will be operated from Kempegowda Bus Station, Mysuru Road bus station, Shanthinagar BMTC bus stand, Vijayanagar, J.P. Nagar, Jayanagar 4th and 9th blocks, Jalahalli Cross, Navarang, Malleswaram and Kengeri Satellite bus stations. Special buses for passengers with advance reservation will be operated from the Mysuru Road station towards the north-west. Buses without advance reservation will be operated from Kempegowda Bus Station.
