Two people have been arrested for selling fake question papers a night before the mathematics exam of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) that was scheduled on Monday. The questions were typed in the format of the SSLC question paper.

However, Yashoda Bopanna, Director of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board, said that she received 19 sheets having 33 questions but none of them had any resemblance to the original question paper. “Not a single question paper matches the question paper that is doing the rounds,” she said.

As many as 8.49 lakh students are appearing for the SSLC examinations this year.
