The Shivajinagar police have arrested a gang of three from Tamil Nadu who allegedly murdered their associate over the sharing of booty and dumped the body near Fun World in the High Grounds police station limits here a few days ago.
They were arrested while they were trying to rob people near HKBK College near Cantonment Railway Station, the police said.
The police, who gave the name of the victim as Augustine, identified them as A. Jaffar (31), Ayub Salam (47) and R. Ameen Basha (31).
The police also seized a sports utility vehicle which they had rented from Chennai and lethal weapons used for the murder.
