The Koramangala police have arrested a gang of three and recovered 14 bikes which they had stolen from in and around the area.

The accused, Imran Pasha, Sanjay and Nawaz Khan, are diploma holders. They used to steal bikes parked in front of houses and take them for a joy ride with their girlfriends. After using the bikes for sometime they would sell them at throw-away prices and buy expensive gifts for their girlfriends.

The accused were caught by police during a random vehicle check while they along with their girlfriends had set for a long ride after hanging the registration numbers of the bikes.

A detailed questioning led them to confess to the crime.
