Residents have been facing difficulties in payment of property tax in the last few days with the servers breaking down for a brief period on Wednesday.
Nitin Sheshadri, president of Koramangala 3rd Block RWA, said, "It was the same situation last year too. Many are facing difficulty in payment of tax in cases where zones have changed. In some cases, the payment does not go through," said Mr. Sheshadri.
Manasish, security support at the Karnataka State Data Centre (KSDC), which maintains the server, said that they have not received any complaint from the BBMP.
