Paper leak: KCOCA invoked against Shivakumar

The CID has invoked the Karnataka Control of Organised Crime Act against Shivakumar and nine others who were involved in the recent PU question paper leak. With this, the accused would not get anticipatory bail nor would they come out easily .

There haven been cases against Shivakumar for the past 10 years and his activities have been unabated. Hence the KCOCA was invoked and the designated court has been intimated, Director-General of Police, CID, Kishore Chandra, said.
